Having supported ASET for many years with its Awards applications gathering and assessment, we were given the opportunity in 2022 to provide a complete web solution.
The application system supports both individual and corporate awards.
Once registered, the form can be accessed and re-visited as often as needed (before the closing date).
Sections can be completed separately as the applicant progresses.
The ability to upload supporting documents is fully integrated.
The whole application process is completed from a single page, making it easy to use on mobile devices - which is how many applicants complete their forms.
Once the applicant has completed their form, they can 'send' it to ASET, and also have options to get a copy of what they have written.
Applicants may return and edit their form up until the closing date (and at ASET's discretion, for a short time afterwards).
The other part of the system administers and manages the whole process. It allows ASET to study the applications, shortlist those for consideration, and facilitiate online discussion of the merits of each application by the Awards Committee, before they make their decisions.
